This apartment building takes its character from classical details. Cream plaster walls carry moulded window frames, rows of arched windows and a decorative cornice, while a tall arched glass window rises up the centre of the façade and floods the stairwell with light. Balconies with blue, wave-patterned railings and planter boxes add a splash of colour against the pale walls. At street level, a dark timber double gate under a stone-framed arch marks the entrance, and a covered parking bay sits beside it.
